Strategic Information Officer – ACTION to Sustain Precision and Integrated HIV Response towards Epidemic Control (ASPIRE)
Job Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities
As an SI Officer, you will:
- Provide technical support to data assistants and facility staff on HIV data management systems like DHIS, NMRS, and NDR.
- Train and mentor team members on program reporting and data quality assessments.
- Analyze program data to identify gaps and develop actionable insights.
- Coordinate data collection, collation, and reporting for funders and stakeholders.
- Lead team activities, ensuring effective planning and performance evaluation.
- Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration and program success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven expertise in supporting M&E systems for public health programs.
- Core Skills:
- Proficiency in HIV M&E tools like DHIS, NMRS, and PEPFAR MER.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
