Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, preferably with exposure to international recruitment processes. Experience working with INGOs will be an added advantage. The selected candidate will be expected to resume immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for both local and international roles.
• Develop job descriptions, post vacancies, and screen applications to shortlist candidates efficiently.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.
• Collaborate with HR teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in recruitment, with a focus on international hiring.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven experience in international recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, including the use of job boards, social media, and networking tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience recruiting for an INGO is an added advantage.
