About the Project:
Cervical cancer is a leading health concern among women in Nigeria, with HPV being a primary cause. This project aims to explore the feasibility of introducing immediate postpartum HPV vaccination and scheduled cervical cancer screenings in private healthcare facilities. We are seeking a dynamic Health Facility Entry/Access Facilitator to support stakeholder engagement and ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify private health facilities offering maternal health and postpartum services relevant to the project scope.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with private healthcare facilities to ensure their cooperation and participation.
- Share contact details of key personnel within identified facilities to enable effective communication.
- Organize and lead introductory meetings with facility administrators to present the project objectives and secure buy-in.
- Act as the primary liaison between the project team and healthcare providers, facilitating permissions for data collection activities.
- Participate in project check-ins and provide updates as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, or healthcare project implementation.
- Proven experience working with private healthcare facilities is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
