Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives and specialists.

Minimum Requirements

- A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing and directing a customer service team.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of CRM software and the MS Office suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
