Job Background
The RBM Partnership to End Malaria is the global platform for coordinated action against malaria. Despite significant progress, malaria continues to pose a major threat to global health and sustainable development. The Partnership works to mobilize resources, build consensus, and align global efforts to combat malaria. The consultant will support this mission by coordinating campaigns aimed at increasing visibility, mobilizing support, and driving investment towards malaria elimination.
Functional Responsibilities
The consultant will:
- Develop a campaign roadmap and strategy.
- Create and disseminate impactful messages targeting decision-makers.
- Coordinate with partners to implement the campaign and meet key milestones.
- Produce at least four knowledge pieces for use in campaigns.
Key Deliverables
- Campaign Strategy & Workplan: Including partner mapping and key moments.
- Knowledge Pieces: Opinions, briefs, speeches.
- Campaign Messages: Tailored to influence public and private sectors.
- Partner Campaign Toolkit: Developed inclusively with targeted countries.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in advocacy, communication, international relations, journalism, law, international development, business management, public administration, public health, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree with 2 additional years of relevant experience is acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in campaign strategy implementation in health and development, with at least 4 years linking country, regional, and global campaigns.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English; French is an asset.
Contract Details
- Type: Individual Contractor Agreement (ICA)
- Level: ICS 11 (I-ICA 3 / LICA 11)
- Duration: 100 days (Retainer)
