About Us

Our client, a leading organization in the development sector, is seeking passionate and qualified professionals to join the FOR M(om) program. This initiative focuses on improving the quality of health services in facilities across Lagos and Kano States.

Role Summary

We are hiring Health Facility Facilitators to support quality improvement activities within health facilities. In this role, you will work closely with health facility teams to identify and address quality gaps, implement improvement plans, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly facilitation visits to assigned health facilities.
  • Support the implementation of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
  • Guide health facility quality teams in planning and coordinating activities.
  • Train and assist teams in using the SafeCare Quality Platform effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with facility staff and stakeholders.
  • Provide monthly progress reports and upload updates into the Quality Evaluation System (QES).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in biological or biomedical sciences.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience.
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of Yoruba or Hausa is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with data management and electronic reporting systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Word and PowerPoint are added advantages).

Key Competencies

  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented performance.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation and public speaking.
  • Residency in Lagos or Kano State is required.

Terms of Engagement

  • Commitment of 8 hours daily.
  • Monthly remuneration tied to defined KPIs.
