About Policy LINK:

Policy LINK is a leader in international development, providing technical assistance to USAID programs focused on building resilience and food security. They are seeking a talented individual to play a key role in their Collaborating, Learning, Adapting, Monitoring & Evaluation (CLAME) efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and maintain Policy LINK’s global performance indicator data systems, including an Airtable workspace.
• Support buy-in teams (in Ghana, Ethiopia, and Bangladesh) with their CLAME activities.
• Lead CLAME efforts for buy-ins without dedicated personnel (currently RFS and Kenya).
• Analyze data and create compelling visualizations (dashboards) using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Policy LINK’s Data Management Plan.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, social sciences)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in programmatic, MEL, and data management for donor-funded programs.
• Strong experience building and maintaining data storage, analysis, and visualization systems (especially Airtable).
• Proficiency in Airtable, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative data management skills.
• Familiarity with USAID data management and reporting policies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Cross-cultural communication skills and experience working in international teams.
