Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Entry-Level Architect/Technical Assistant to join our team in Abuja. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about architecture and building design. The successful candidate will provide support to our architectural team, contributing to various projects and gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Support the senior architects in drafting, modeling, and design development.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs align with client requirements and regulations.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, building codes, and industry standards.
• Perform other technical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field.
• Must be a recent graduate with completion of NYSC.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for architecture and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional setting.
