Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives and specialists.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely customer support.
  • Workflow Management: Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities and set targets for the team.
  • Performance Analysis: Compile and analyze customer service reports to identify areas for improvement and drive performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years of experience in customer service.
    • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing and directing a customer service team.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of CRM software and the MS Office suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
