About the Role
UN Women is seeking an Administrative Consultant to support the Women Coalition in Lagos State. This role is critical in driving advocacy and monitoring the implementation of key policies aimed at enhancing women’s economic empowerment in the region. This contract-based position is an opportunity to work with UN Women on a project that impacts the lives of women entrepreneurs by improving access to procurement and supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support for the Women Coalition’s activities.
- Organize advocacy engagements, meetings, and events with minimal logistical issues.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive calendar of coalition activities, events, and travels.
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports on coalition activities, including monthly and final program implementation reports.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate coalition objectives.
- Other duties as required by the Coalition.

Qualifications
- Education: Secondary education required; a University Degree is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 6 years of administrative support and office management experience.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required.
