Our client, a leading non-profit dedicated to global health, seeks a passionate Country Lead to spearhead critical EPI programs in Cameroon. You’ll provide technical expertise, manage program workflows, and guide Field Associates, ensuring successful implementation and positive health outcomes.
About the Role:
- Lead day-to-day execution of assigned EPI programs, managing workflows and Field Associates.
- Provide technical and operational leadership, troubleshooting implementation challenges and developing creative solutions.
- Analyze data, formulate recommendations, and guide client discussions for effective program execution.
- Foster strong collaboration with partners and stakeholders to achieve program goals.
- Oversee program monitoring and reporting, ensuring quality, accountability, and contractual compliance.
- Contribute to program development, including staff onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Manage team logistics, communication, and professional development, fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in International Development, Public Health, Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing development programs with proven leadership experience.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools preferred.
- Experience working in West/Central Africa a plus.
